The Nord 5 pod is very easy to carry around and use. It has a built-in battery of 2000mAh and its Nord 5 cartridges can hold 5ml of e-liquid. With all this, you’ll be vaping for hours on end, with plenty of flavor and vapor!

This compact kit has a classy and elegant look, both in its Regular (Dart) and Leather versions! You can choose between a colorful, futuristic-looking coating or a superb piece of leather.

The Regular (Dart) version measures 105mm high, 23.74mm wide, and 32.5mm deep. It’s also lightweight, weighing just 107 grams!

The Leather version measures 106mm high, 24.8mm wide, and 32.5mm deep. It’s slightly heavier, though, at 118.5 grams!

To do so, the manufacturer has equipped its device with the powerful, safe, and effective Axon chipset, a 2000mAh built-in battery, and a quick-charging USB-C port.

Of course, the e-cigarette comes with the tailor-made Nord 5 cartridges. These have a 5ml tank, operate with the RPM 3 coils, and are filled from the side. They’re easy to set up as well, as they simply attach to the kit using the magnetic connector on top of the battery.

A powerful pod that can go up to 80 watts!

In addition to its beautiful podmod shape, the Nord 5 is capable of competing with the best electronic cigarette kits, thanks to its powerful chipset. Indeed, the latter can deliver 80 watts of power, and it’s equipped with all the electronic protections (undervoltage and short-circuit protections, cartridge detection, automatic cut-off, etc)!

The two buttons beneath the beautiful 0.69" OLED screen allow you to browse through the Nord 5’s menus and settings. You’ll have access to the leftover battery, vaping mode, wattage, coil value, and puff counter.

A 2000mAh battery!

Smok has managed to fit a huge battery into its Nord 5 podmod. This built-in battery has a capacity of 2000mAh, which will keep you going for a while!

When the battery gets too low, simply plug the cable included in the kit into the USB-C port, located beneath the device! Whether it’s the 1.2A (Regular or Dart series) or the 1.5A (Leather) model, it’s fully charged in about 1h 40min.

Smok has created a unique cartridge for the Nord 5, made of robust PCTG and with a 5ml tank.

You can change the coils of the Nord 5 cartridges. They’re compatible with the RPM3 coils.

In order to use the Nord 5 pod, you must first equip its cartridge with an RPM3 coil (sold separately in packs of 5).

These coils are made of Mesh and will render each flavor of your favorite e-liquids. They’re sub-ohm coils, which means they also produce a nice amount of vapor, all with a direct inhale (DTL).

The kit comes with two coils:

• One 0.15 ohm RPM 3 coil, to be used between 40 and 80 watts.
• One 0.23 ohm RPM 3 coil, to be used between 20 and 45 watts, perfect for both DTL and RDL vaping!

Every two to three weeks or so, you will have to change the coil. To do so:

1. Remove the cartridge from the magnetized connector of the Nord 5 pod
2. Turn it over
3. Slide the red tab outwards
4. If it’s the first coil you’re using, just soak it with a few drops of e-liquid before inserting it
5. Otherwise, remove the old coil from the tank and insert a new one in its place (make sure to prime the coil with a few drops of e-liquid, as mentioned above)

How to install or change a coil on Smok’s Nord 5 cartridge

Smoktech’s Nord 5 pod has an airflow that goes right through the device. On the screen side is a rectangular intake, wide enough to produce beautiful clouds of vapor. On the other side is a sliding tab for adjusting the airflow.

The perfect 5ml tank, robust and easy to fill!

You will love the Nord 5 cartridge for its robust PCTG tank, capable of holding up to 5ml of e-liquid!

You will also love its ingenious leakproof system and its effective side-filling tank.

To fill this big tank of e-liquid:

1. Remove the cartridge from the magnetized connector of the Nord 5 pod
2. Pull the tab on the side of the Nord 5 cartridge
3. Tilt the cartridge slightly and insert the tip of the bottle of e-liquid into the hole
4. Fill the tank (but never to the brim)
5. Close the tab and put the cartridge back onto the Nord 5’s connector
6. Wait a few minutes for the coil to soak up the e-liquid
