2. Measure the concentrate to 13%, being between 50 and 75 drops per 10ml of base, for 50PG/50VG
3. Add base liquid, with nicotine or not
4. Close the bottle and then shake it
5. Put it in a dark and dry place, like a drawer
6. Wait for at least 1 week (steep time)
7. Vape!
