Here is some advice to do so:

1. Take a graduated bottle of the volume of your choice
2. Open it and pour the concentrate: the manufacturer recommends to dilute it starting from 10% for a 50PG/50VG base, or 50 drops for 10ml
3. Complete with neutral base; you can also add nicotine
4. Shake for a few seconds
5. Let the blend steep for a month in a place away from light
6. Enjoy!
