The Panda Balboa is a concentrate dedicated to DIY preparations for electronic cigarette. It's entirely made in France, by Arômes et Liquides, from food flavourings and propylene glycol.

It will dose it until 5%, so 25 drops for 10ml base in 50PG/50VG.

This little powerful concentrate is suggested in 10ml, and conditioned in a PET bottle with safe cap and dropper thin cap.
