What is the Purple Rain?

The Purple Rain is what we call a 'concentrate for DIY'. It is exclusively thought to be mixed with a PG/VG base liquid and offers you a homemade e-liquid.

With high quality, the Purple Rain is carefully prepared in France by Arômes et Liquides (A&L). It two of our maddest dreams come true: a beautifully perfumed vape with red fruits and a perfectly written aromatic score.

What is the use of this concentrate?

The Purple Rain is used as an aromatic base to make your homemade e-liquids for electronic cigarettes. It wasn't thought to be used as it is in your equipment, but rather let you operate the mixture: you'll create a DIY e-liquid that will perfectly suit you!

The Purple Rain is made to stimulate your imagination. Economical, it is simple to use.

No need to be an expert DIYer to use the Purple Rain concentrate. You only need to gather some ingredients and utensils, then follow step by step the precious advice of A&L: we deliver all the secrets of a good DIY preparation just below!

Preparation of the Purple Rain concentrate

Before tasting this famous recipe, you'll have to prepare it.

Don't worry, you don't need a lot of things: let's explain it step by step! But first, settle on a clean work surface (out of reach of children and animals) and wash your hands.

The ingredients

To make your homemade e-liquid, you'll need:

• A Purple Rain concentrate in 10ml
• A PG/VG base liquid

The equipment

To help you during the preparation, don't forget to take:

• One or more empty PET bottles (volume of your choice)
• A pipette or a syringe
• Protection gloves and goggles

The preparation

It is time to mix the ingredients in the bottle:

1. Shake the Purple Rain concentrate;
2. Use the syringe or a pipette to dose the Purple Rain concentrate. By taking its dosage of 5%, pour 2.3ml of concentrate for a 30ml preparation in 30PG/70PG;
3. Complete your PG/VG base (neutral, with boosters, or already with nicotine);
4. Warning: if you use a product with nicotine, wear protective gloves;
5. Close the bottle and energetically shake it for a few seconds
6. Put it in steep in a dark and dry place

To end, clean your work surface and your instruments, and don't forget to wash your hands. The preparation is over!

The steep time

The last step of the preparation consists of putting your preparation in a dark place. Do you want to know why?

Any concentrate needs a minimum steep time to harmonize the flavors. For our Purple Rain recipe, you need to wait 48 hours!

And, for more efficiency, you can also shake your preparation from time to time!

The tasting

Once these two small days of steep are over, it is time to taste it. Then again, you can make some adjustments if the result isn't fully satisfied:

1. Add some PG/VG base if you find your e-liquid too perfumed;
2. Add some drops of Purple Rain concentrate if you find your e-liquid too bland

Not tested on animals, Purple Rain concentrate is also free from controversial substances such as acetyl and diacetyl.

For packaging, we've opted for high-quality 10ml bottles in flexible PET material, with a secure cap and fine dropper tip.
