A milky concentrate

1. Take an empty PET bottle with the volume of your choice
2. Add the concentrate from 27 drops for 10ml of base
3. Pour some base liquid, with nicotine or not
4. Close the bottle and mix for an instant
5. Put your creation in a dark and dry place
6. Wait for one to two days (steep time)
7. Now vape!

Dose it from 27 drops for 10ml of 50PG/50VG base to make e-liquid for electronic cigarettes, and let it sit for 24 to 48 hours for an optimal result.
