The Hannibal 30ml is a flavor concentrate; as such, it is exclusively designed for DIYing homemade e-liquids and must be diluted with a PG/VG base before use.

Simply follow these few steps to make a delicious e-liquid yourself:

1. Take an empty PET bottle of the volume of your choice
2. Pour the Hannibal concentrate into it: the manufacturer recommends a dosage of 15% for a 50PG/50VG ratio or 75 drops per 10ml of base
3. Top it up with a neutral or nicotined base liquid
4. Close the bottle and shake it for a few seconds
5. Let the mix steep in a dark and dry place for 2-3 days
