Personal data submitted when you contact A&L is retained for one year. Likewise, personal data processed for newsletter subscriptions is retained until one (1) year after you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

Such data is archived for an additional period of nine (9) years under restricted and secure access conditions.

Personal data processed for direct marketing purposes may be retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the end of the commercial relationship.
