1. Open the empty PET bottle and pour your concentrate inside: the manufacturer recommends a dosage of 15% for a 50PG/50VG ratio, or 75 drops per 10ml of base
2. Top up with your neutral or nicotined base liquid
3. Close the bottle and shake it for a few seconds
4. Let the mix steep in a dark and dry place for about two weeks
5. Enjoy your homemade e-liquid!
