You simply need to:

1. Take one (or multiple) empty PET bottle(s) of any volume
2. Dose the concentrate into your bottle(s) (manufacturer's recommendation: 20% for 50PG/50VG)
3. Add PG/VG base liquid
4. Close the bottle(s) and shake energetically
5. Let the mix steep for around a week in a dark and dry place

The Green Kelly is a flavor concentrate manufactured in the United Kingdom by T-Juice. It is made from food flavorings and propylene glycol and must be diluted with a PG/VG base to make electronic cigarette liquid.

The manufacturer recommends a dosage of 20%, equating to 100 drops per 10ml of 50PG/50VG base. You can also use base liquid with a different PG/VG ratio; in that case, adjust the dosage accordingly. Let the mix steep for at least 7 days to enjoy optimal flavor rendering.
