The Frozen C4 is an e-liquid for electronic cigarette from the Saiyen Vapors range by Swoke. It's entirely made in France, from food flavourings, propylene glycol and vegetal glycerin in a 40/60 PG/VG ratio. You can use it in every electronic cigarette type, except sub-ohm. 

The Frozen C4 is presented in 75ml PET bottle, but only filled until 50ml of e-liquid. Without nicotine, it can directly be used in your e-cig material. For all that, it conserves 25ml to add your nicotine boosters (not provided).

Caution, the bottle has a secured stopper, with childproof lock, and a thin cap.
