The Coq M is a flavour concentrate for DIY, manufactured in France by Le Coq Qui Vape. To use it, you must dilute it into a PG/VG base of your choice to make a DIY e-liquid for electronic cigarette. Dose it from 15% (75 drops per 10mL) for a 50/50 PG/VG ratio.
Of course, you can use a base with a different PG/VG content, but you'll have to adjust the dosage accordingly.
