The Tropical Bleu 30ml is a flavor concentrate manufactured by the French brand Alfaliquid. As with all concentrates, it must be diluted with a PG/VG base before vaping.

Simply follow these few simple steps to make a homemade e-liquid:

1. Take an empty PET bottle with the volume of your choice
2. Add your Tropical Bleu concentrate in the bottle: 50 drops per 10ml of base (10%) if you opt for a 50PG/50VG base
3. Top up the bottle with a neutral or nicotined base liquid
4. Close the bottle and shake it
5. Let the mix steep in a dry place, away from light, for 1 week
6. Vape!
