1. Remove the childproof cap and dropper nozzle from the bottle
2. Pour up to 10ml of neutral base to get 60ml of nicotine-free e-liquid
3. OR top up the bottle with one 10ml booster (of nicotine, nicotine salts, or CBD)
4. Replace the childproof cap and dropper nozzle on the bottle
5. Shake the bottle energetically for about 10 seconds
