2. Pour the concentrate: the manufacturer recommends diluting it at 9% for 50PG/50VG, equating to 45 drops for 10ml of base
3. Add some base liquid, with or without nicotine
4. Close the bottle and shake it
5. Let your mix steep for 2-3 days in a dark and dry place
