1. Get an empty PET bottle of your choice
2. Add your God Arctic concentrate to the bottle: 50 drops for 10ml of base with a 50PG/50VG ratio (10%)
3. Pour in your base liquid, nicotined or not
4. Close your bottle and shake for a few seconds
5. For between 1 and 2 days, store your DIY preparation in a dry place away from light.
