Because, in addition to being presented without nicotine, this e-liquid arrives in a 70ml PET bottle, capable of accommodating up to two nicotine boosters (not included).

In other words:

• In 50ml, like delivered , the Siko doesn't contain nicotine
• In 60ml, i.e by adding a nicotine booster in your 70ml bottle, you'll increase your rate in 3mg/ml nicotine
• In 70ml, i.e by adding two nicotine boosters in your 70ml bottle, you'll increase your rate in 6mg/ml nicotine

Be careful, your Siko e-liquid will not be able to go beyond 70ml, i.e. it cannot contain more than two nicotine boosters. If you want more than 6 mg/ml, you'll need another, much larger bottle.
