The Cactus concentrate is made by Savourea in France. It integrates the Dictador range. This DIY is suggested in 30ml PET bottle. It's composed of food flavourings and propylene glycol and is dilutes from 75 drops for 10ml (so 15%) in 50PG/50VG base to make e-liquid for electronic cigarette.

To obtain a vape e-liquid, you have to mix your concentrate with a base.

The bottle is suggested with childproof lock and a thin cap to simplify your preparation.

Be careful, the Cactus is a concentrate, it has to be diluted in PG/VG base of your choice before been used in your electronic cigarette. It never has to be consumed as seen.
