1. Take an empty graduated bottle
2. Pour your concentrate: dilute it to 15% for 50PG/50VG, or 75 drops for 10ml of base
3. Add some base liquid, neutral or with nicotine
4. Close the bottle and shake it
5. Let your mix steep for 1-2 days in a dark and dry place
6. Your e-liquid is ready!
