Simply follow these few steps:

1. Take an empty graduated PET bottle
2. Pour the Welsh Custard concentrate into the bottle: the manufacturer recommends a 20% dilution for 50PG/50VG or 100 drops per 10ml of base
3. Top up the bottle with base liquid (neutral or with nicotine)
4. Close the bottle and shake it for a few seconds
5. Let the mix steep for 2-3 days in a dry place, away from light
