Simply follow these few steps and make the perfect homemade e-liquid:

1. Take an empty PET bottle of the capacity of your choice
2. Pour your Red 30ml concentrate into it: the manufacturer recommends a dosage of 10-15% for a 50PG/50VG ratio or 50-75 drops per 10ml of base
3. Top it up with a neutral or nicotined base liquid
