Make a base liquid with nicotine

For example, if you want 250ml in 6 mg/ml of nicotine :

1. Pour 175ml of 50/50 base liquid by VDLV into an empty bottle of 250ml minimum
2. Add 75ml of nicotine boosters in 50/50, being 7.5 boosters
3. Shake energetically and keep it away from the light
