Karadoc is a French flavor concentrate with a caramelized popcorn flavor from the Xcalibur range by French Lab.
Exclusively for DIY preparations, i.e. to make your own electronic cigarette e-liquids, it must be mixed with a PG/VG base of your choice. Never use it as is in your e-cig equipment.
To transform your concentrate into homemade e-liquid, you will need a base liquid (PG/VG of your choice), nicotine boosters if necessary, an empty bottle (size of your choice) and your Karadoc. Mix between 12 and 15% for 50PG/50VG, or 60 to 75 drops for 10ml (manufacturer's recommendation: 13%). This dosage will vary depending on the desired PG/VG ratio, so adjust it using our calculator! Finally, leave the mixture to rest for a good dozen days.
Packaged in a 30ml PET bottle, Karadoc concentrate comes with a childproof cap and a dropper.

Our recommendations to help you:
The steep time:
It’s the key part of DIY e-liquid making. The steep time is the length of time during which your e-liquid sits. It allows the flavors to develop and express themselves. The longer the maturation period, the more flavors develop.
For an optimal steep time, the necessary length is:
- 15 days minimum, or several weeks for tobacco and sweet/tasty concentrates
- 48 hours minimum for fruity and/or mentholated concentrates
Tip for an optimal result: shake the bottle of your preparation a bit every day so the flavors correctly diffuse.
According to the PG/VG ratio of your base, the steep time may be longer. The higher the vegetable glycerin (VG) proportion, the longer the steep time.
The tasting:
Once the steep time is over, your e-liquid is ready-to-be-used. It might need some adjustments.
If you find the flavor rendering too light, you can add some drops of concentrates and let it sit for an additional 48 hours.
On the contrary, if your e-liquid is too strong, you can dilute it by adding base.
To help you:
- If your preparation is too intense, you have to dilute it. Then, add some base.
- If your preparation is not strong enough, add some drops of concentrate
- If you’re a beginner: start with one concentrate before thinking about mixing it with other concentrates.
- For the additives (optional), stick to proportions of 1 to 3% of your base liquid + flavor concentrate(s) mix, as additives are generally highly concentrated.
- Precisely label your preparations with the date, the dosage, and the concentrates used
- Put your new recipes in 10ml bottles but in low amounts (5ml for example) to allow you readjustments of concentrate or base.
