- Add the concentrate, the recommended dilution is 22 drops for 10ml of 50PG/50VG base

The Panda Rider is a concentrate for DIY made in France by Arômes et Liquides. It is dosed from 26 drops in 10ml of base with a 50PG/50VG rate. However you can use a base with a different PG/VG rate, you just have to adjust the dosage accordingly.
