1. A nicotine dosage of 0 mg/ml is great if you’re at the end of your smoking withdrawal (no more nicotine cravings)
2. A 3 mg/ml level is for those who smoke fewer than 10 cigarettes per day
3. A 6 mg/ml dosage is for those who smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day
4. A 12 mg/ml level is for those who smoke more than 20 cigarettes a day

Our tip if you’re hesitating between two dosages is to start with the strongest one. You can then gradually lower it during your smoking withdrawal!

They are made from food-grade flavorings, propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin of the highest quality.
