The guide to choosing your nicotine rate

At A&L, we're thinking of all beginners, whether they were (or still are) light or heavy cigarette users. We're also thinking about more seasoned vapers who want a simple, handy format, with a nicotine level that's just right for them.

To help you choose your nicotine level, remember these 4 equivalents:

1. 0mg/ml nicotine rate corresponds to the end of smoking withdrawal (no nicotine)
2. 3mg/ml nicotine rate corresponds to consumption of fewer than 10 cigarettes a day
3. 6mg/ml nicotine rate corresponds to consumption of more than about 10 cigarettes a day
4. 12mg/ml nicotine rate corresponds to smoking more than about 20 cigarettes a day

If you're not sure which rate to choose, start with the higher of the two. Then gradually reduce your nicotine dosage.

Preservation of your e-liquid

For optimal preservation of your e-liquid, we recommend storing your bottle in a dark and dry place away from the light.

After repeated exposure to air and light, the e-liquid color can darken. This color change doesn’t affect the quality or the taste of your e-liquid.

The date indicated on the label is a BBD (Best Before Date) or DDM (Date of Minimum Durability). Past this date, the e-liquid can still be used.

Warnings and contraindications:

• If you don’t smoke, don’t vape
• Product forbidden to people under 18 years old.
• Do not use an e-liquid if you have a heart condition, vascular disease, cancer, or lung disease.
• In the absence of data on fetal safety, active or passive vaping of e-liquids is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, particularly if it contains nicotine.

Precautions:

• Keep your bottle in a locked cupboard
• Keep out of children and animals’ reach
• Wear protective gloves and clothes
• IF SWALLOWED: rinse your mouth and call a POISON CENTER or doctor. If a doctor is consulted, keep the bottle or label at hand.

The three e-liquids in the Fruité A&L pack are made and packaged in France. They are made from food flavorings, propylene glycol, and vegetable glycerin, and come in a balanced 50PG/50VG ratio. They are only sold in packs of 3, with a choice of nicotine levels.
