1. Take an empty PET bottle of any volume
2. Open it and dose the Dagobert concentrate (from 20% for 50PG/50VG ratio)
3. Add some base liquid (with or without nicotine)
4. Close the bottle and shake it
5. Let your blend steep for around 2 weeks in a dark and dry place
6. Fill your tank and enjoy!

The Dagobert is a flavor concentrate manufactured in France by 814. Made from food flavorings and propylene glycol, it is designed to be mixed with a PG/VG base to make homemade e-liquid.
