Cosmo is a flavour concentrate from the Saint Flava range, made in France by Swoke. It's made from natural and food-grade flavourings, and must be diluted from 8% for a 50PG / 50VG base liquid (ie. 40 drops per 10ml). You can use a different PG/VG ratio, of course, you just have to adjust the dosage of your concentrate accordingly.

The Cosmo Saint Flava concentrate is packaged in 30ml PET bottles, which are fitted with childproof dropper caps to facilitate the preparation of your DIY e-liquids.

As this is a flavour concentrate, you must mix it with a PG/VG base of your choice before using it in your e-cigarette. You cannot vape it as it is.
