1. Pour your The Fox concentrate inside: the manufacturer recommends a dosage of 10% for a 50PG/50VG ratio or 50 drops per 10ml of base
2. Top up the bottle with a neutral or nicotined base liquid

4. Let the mix steep in a dark and dry place for 2-3 days
