Hellvape offers you a slim and light electronic cigarette that’s ideal for beginner vapers, the Eir podmod. 

This kit is powered by a built-in 800mAh rechargeable battery, which can reach a maximum power of 18W and can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Its LED screen displays various vaping data, and its cartridge can hold 2.5ml of e-liquid and uses interchangeable coils.

The Eir podmod will appeal to first-time vapers looking for a simple and intuitive device, as well as the more experienced users looking for a compact and light ecigarette they can take everywhere with them.

It’ll slip into any pocket, as it only measures 106.5 x 24.5 x 14.3mm and weighs just 40g.

And if you prefer to keep it close at hand at all times, you’ll be pleased to know Hellvape has included a lanyard in the kit.

The Eir’s front panel has a switch for turning the podmod on and off, as well as for firing the device. An LED display shows all the necessary vaping information.

A 2.5ml cartridge that clips on

This podmod functions with the Eir cartridges, capable of holding 2.5ml of e-liquid. They’re filled from the side and are compatible with Hellvape's 0.8ohm and 1.2ohm Eir coils. Once the coil wears out, you keep the cartridge and only replace the coil.

The cartridge clips onto the podmod’s body with ease, thanks to its precise connector. This connector also allows you to rotate the cartridge, which changes the airflow and thus allows you to switch between a tight MTL draw or an airier RDL draw.

A straightforward operation

To turn on your Eir podmod, press the Fire switch five times in a row. Then, the LED screen will display your vaping data, such as :

• The resistance of the coil you’re using
• The power
• The number of puffs
• The battery’s charge 

You can inhale the vapour in two different ways, either by holding the switch pressed, or by directly inhaling through the mouthpiece. If you press the same switch three times in a row, you can adjust the power from 5 to 18W, according to the coil you’re using.

Note that the Eir podmod will automatically set a certain power by default for the equipped coil.

Fast USB-C charging

The Eir podmod has a built-in 800mAh battery that’ll keep you going all day long, no matter how much power you use, ranging from 5 to 18W.

The LED display shows the battery's charge in real time, so you'll know when it's time to charge it again. To do so, use the USB-C cable included in the kit and simply plug it into the dedicated port, located beneath the podmod.

The manufacturer claims that the podmod can be charged in just 40 minutes!

The 2.5ml Eir cartridge

The Eir podmod is fitted with a cartridge that can hold 2.5ml of eliquid and uses Hellvape's 0.8Ω or 1.2Ω Eir coils. These coils can be replaced or swapped.

Note that the podmod comes with a 0.8ohm Eir coil already installed in its tank.

As the cartridge is quickly attached and removed from the podmod’s connector, you can rotate it by half a turn to adjust the airflow, depending on whether you prefer a tighter or looser draw.

Interchangeable coils

One of the many advantages of the Eir podmod is that it is equipped with an interchangeable coil.

Therefore, once the coil wears out (after about two or three weeks of use), you’ll just have to replace the coil with a new one, instead of throwing the whole cartridge away.

The Eir podmod is compatible with the Eir Mesh coils:

• 0.8Ω Eir coils, to be used between 14 and 16W, suited to an airy RDL draw (restrictive direct inhale)
• 1.2Ω Eir coils, to be used between 10 and 12W, suited to a tight MTL draw (indirect inhale)

You can use your podmod right away, as Hellvape has pre-installed a 0.8Ω coil inside the cartridge.

To change the coil, you must:

1. Unclip the cartridge from the podmod
2. Flip it over
3. Pull out the old coil
4. Unpack a new coil and soak it with a few drops of e-liquid
5. Insert the new coil into its slot
6. Flip over the cartridge and fill it with e-liquid
7. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the coil to soak up enough e-liquid
8. Put the cartridge back on the podmod

The air enters the Eir podmod through a small hole on its side. You can adjust the airflow by rotating the cartridge by half a turn, depending on the type of draw you prefer.

A side-fill cartridge

Thanks to the tank's 2.5ml capacity, you won’t have to refill all the time. Moreover, you don’t have to remove the cartridge from the podmod to fill it:

1. Lift the silicone tab on the side of the cartridge
2. Insert the tip of your bottle of eliquid into the hole
3. Pour your e-liquid
4. Close the tab
5. Remember to wait 5 to 10 minutes if you use a new coil
