2. Measure the concentrate from 75 drops per 10ml of base, for 50PG/50VG
3. Pour the base liquid with nicotine or not
4. Close the bottle and shake it
5. Put it in a dark and dry place
6. Wait for some time (steep time)
7. Vape!
