Here is how to proceed:

1. Take an empty PET bottle with the volume of your choice
2. Inside, pour a bit of Turkish concentrate (measure as indicated by the manufacturer, being 25% for 50PG/50VG)
3. Add the PG/VG base liquid
4. Close and shake energetically
5. Put it in steep for a month in a dark and dry place

The Turkish by Halo is a concentrate made in the USA from food flavorings and propylene glycol. Meant for DIY preparations of e-liquids for electronic cigarettes, it requires dilution in a PG/VG base of your choice.

You'll dilute it from 25%, being 125 drops per 10ml of 50PG/50VG base. Don't hesitate to adjust this dosage according to the different PG/VG ratios. Let the final mixture sit.
