Proceed as follows:

1. Take an empty PET bottle of any volume
2. Pour your concentrate inside: the manufacturer recommends a 10% dosage for a 50PG/50VG ratio or 75 drops per 10ml of base
3. Add your neutral or nicotined base liquid
4. Close the bottle and shake it energetically
5. Let the mix steep in a dark and dry place for 2-3 days
