The Dulce concentrate is made by Savourea in France. It enters the Dictator collection. This DIY is packaged in a PET bottle of 30ml. It is made with food flavouring and propylene glycol and is diluted from 75 drops for 10ml (being 15%) in a 50PG/50VG base to make e-liquid for electronic cigarettes.

It is necessary to mix your concentrate to a base to obtain a e-liquid to vape.

The bottle is made with a childproof lock and a small cap to make the creation of your DIY e-liquid easier.

Caution ! The Dulce is a concentrate, it needs to be diluted with a base PG/VG of your choice before being used in your electronic cigarette. It cannot be used as it is.
