COVID-19 : What's happening to your orders

Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the exceptional circumstances France and other countries are going through, A&L has adapted itself to the sanitary regulations this unprecedented situation implies.
Our staff’s safety remains our top priority in these difficult times. This is why our teams and services are reduced to a minimum, in order to comply with the current health standards.
As you can imagine, these measures limit our daily order preparation.
Thanks to our hard-working teams, we continue to prepare and ship your packages as quickly as possible, whilst ensuring their safety.
Therefore, we have decided to temporarily suspend orders so as to guarantee their preparation whilst maintaining our service quality and keeping our staff safe.
Thus, you’ll be able to place a new order as soon as all the current orders have been shipped.
How do I know when I can order?
We set a daily order limit, after which we won’t accept any new orders. The site will then be closed until all orders have been shipped, before reopening for a new session. This limit may also vary depending on which day of the week it is.
You’ll see a message displayed on the bottom of the page when orders are suspended.

How are orders shipped?
In order to simplify procedures, speed up shipments and avoid as much contact as possible with our customers, we now only offer Colissimo home delivery (France only, and free for orders of €29.90 or more). Deliveries to French overseas territories and other countries are unfortunately suspended until further notice.
How can I ask my questions?
Our customer service staff is now working from home, to protect them and in compliance with the new sanitary regulations. They will continue to answer your questions via e-mail, through our ‘Contact us’ page and by using the chat service, available on all our website pages. A member of our team is also available on our Facebook page to answer your questions throughout the day.
However, due to these health measures, our team can no longer be phoned and won’t be able to process your returns as quickly as before.
