Crazy Fab Coils Fused Clapton Coils (x2)

Crazy Fab Coils offers its pre-made coils in 0.22ohm or 0.34ohm.

Each pack is composed of two coils in Nichrome 90, for a single or dual coil build!

The two Fused Clapton Ni90 coils from French builder Crazy Fab Coils are available in a range of different values:

• a pair of ready-to-use coils, made from 2x26GA Ni90 and 1x38GA Ni80, with an internal diameter of 3mm. 6 turns. Parallel ends.

For single coil builds, you will get a value of approximately 0.22 ohms. For rebuildable dual coil builds, you will divide this value by two: dual coil 0.11 ohms.

• a pair of ready-to-use coils, made from 2X28GA Ni90 and 2X36GA Ni80, with an internal diameter of 3mm. 6 turns. Parallel ends.

For single coil setups, the ohm value will be approximately 0.34ohm. And for dual coil setups, you will get approximately 0.18ohm (divide by two).

User information

These two pre-built coils can be used on mechanical and electronic mods alike. The manufacturer recommends you break the coils in a bit when using them for the first time, by heating them at about 15W before gradually increasing the power to the desired wattage.

Note that the recommended power range for these coils is between 60 and 140 watts.
