The design of the Armour S kit

Vaporesso's Armour S is a sturdy and high-performance kit.

Made from stainless steel and thermoplastic (TPU), this kit is shockproof thanks to its great sturdiness.

This massive kit, made up of the Armour S kit and the iTank 2 clearomizer, offers an avant-garde design.

With its 41.9x154.8x36mm size and 262g weight (without the battery), the Armour S kit is light for its size.

From top to bottom, the main side of your mod is adorned with:

• A Fire button that also serves as a lock button
• A 0.96" TFT screen
• 'Up' and 'Down' adjustment buttons
• A USB-C charge port

How does the Armour S kit work?

Press the Fire button 5 times in a row to switch on/off your Armour S mod.

Press this same button 3 times in a row to open the menu and select your vaping mode thanks to the 0.96" TFT screen:

• F(t) mode: the default mode that allows you to adjust the power from 5 to 100W
• PULSE mode: enjoy a constant hit throughout the puff and an excellent flavor rendering
• ECO mode: extends the battery life
• TC mode (Ni, Ti, SS): this mode allows you to adjust the temperature to the coil wire type you're using, especially if you're combining your Armour S mod with an atomizer

Vaporesso also innovates by offering you two ingenious lock systems:

• Easy lock: slide the Fire button upward to lock it
• Press the 'Up' and 'Down' buttons simultaneously to lock the whole mod

A supply in single 21700 battery

If this sturdy mod can provide up to 100 watts, it's because it is powered by a single 21700 battery (sold separately). Open the battery compartment located below the mod by pressing the lock button on the side.

Refer to the '+' and '-' marks inside the compartment to insert your battery properly.

Note that the box includes an 18650 adaptor if you prefer powering your kit with an 18650 battery.

Run out of battery? No problem, the Vaporesso kit has a USB-C port so you can charge it anywhere. Just plug it in using the USB Type-C cable included in the box.

However, we recommend charging using an external charger (sold separately) to preserve the longevity of your battery.

The iTank 2 clearomizer

The iTank 2 clearomizer is fitted with a 5ml Pyrex and a 810 drip tip. Ideal for vaping in direct inhaling (DL), this clearomizer also comes with a spare 8ml bulb Pyrex.

Extremely sturdy, this clearomizer from Vaporesso is coated in TPU, a material that effectively protects the Pyrex against potential drops!

You can also fit the 8ml bulb Pyrex of your clearomizer with a TPU Armour Protection (sold separately) to protect it against impacts and drops.

Compatibility with the GTi coils

Enjoy a purely airy vaping experience thanks to the iTank 2 clearomizer and its famous GTi coil, specially designed for direct inhaling (DL).

The Armour S kit is delivered with 2 GTi coils:

• One 0.2ohm GTi MESH coil: to be used between 60 and 75W
• One 0.4ohm GTi MESH coil: to be used between 50 and 60W

Once your coil has worn out, replace it as follows:

1. Remove the clearomizer from the mod
2. Unscrew the lower part of the iTank 2 (near the airflow)
3. Remove the worn-out coil
4. Take a new coil and soak it with a few drops of e-liquid, then insert it into the dedicated slot
5. Screw back the lower part of the clearomizer
6. Put the iTank 2 back onto the Armour S mod
7. Fill the tank with e-liquid and wait for about 10 minutes to make sure the new coil is primed

Vaporesso fitted the iTank 2 with a airflow ring that allows you to adjust the draw to your liking.

This bottom-airflow system is comprised of 2 large air intakes, offering you the possibility to switch between a very airy draw (DL) to a slightly more restricted draw (RDL).

A 5ml tank with a top-fill system

Even though your iTank 2 clearomizer allows you to enjoy up to 5ml of e-liquid, you'll need to refill it with e-liquid from time to time.

Simply proceed as follows:

1. Push the button on the iTank 2's top cap to access the filling port
2. Insert the tip of your e-liquid bottle into the port and fill the tank three-quarters full
3. Close the top cap
4. If you use a new coil, wait for about 10 minutes before vaping to make sure it is primed
