As you cannot vape this flavor concentrate as it is, you need to follow a few steps to make e-liquid with the Classic FR:

1. Take an empty PET bottle of any volume
2. Open it and dose the Classic FR concentrate (dilute it to 15% for 50PG/50VG, or 75 drops for 10ml of base)
3. Add some PG/VG base liquid (neutral or with nicotine)
4. Close the bottle and shake it
5. Let your mix steep for around a month in a dark and dry place
