The C4 LED is a quad-battery charger with a fast and adjustable charge. It has four separate spring-loaded compartments with a setting system that allows you to charge at 0.5A. 

The LEDs above each slot tell you how much each battery is charged:

• A green LED means the battery is fully charged and can be removed from the charger
• A red LED means the battery is still being charged

Note that this Power Tech charger can charge all types of batteries (26700, 26650, 22700, 21700, 20700, 18650, 18500, 18490, 18350, 17670, 17650, 16650, 16340 (RCR), 14650, 14500 or 10400).
