To dilute it, take an empty PET bottle, a nicotined or neutral base liquid, and your Jelly Candy concentrate, then proceed as follows:

1. Open the empty PET bottle and pour the Jelly Candy concentrate inside: the manufacturer recommends a dosage of 10% for 50PG/50VG or 50 drops per 10ml of base
2. Top up with your neutral or nicotined base liquid
3. Close the bottle and shake it
4. Let the preparation steep in a dark and dry place for about two weeks
5. Your homemade e-liquid is ready!
