• Fill the rest of the bottle with your nicotine-free base liquid (such as A&L's vegetal base liquid!)
• Close the bottle and shake it well
• Your nicotined base liquid is now ready to use!

If you add a flavour concentrate to your base, you'll have to wait a certain amount of time for the mixture to steep, which can vary depending on the flavour you use. This steep time allows the molecules to properly mix with your base liquid and thus achieve their full potential.
