• With more than 10 cigarettes per day, a level of 6mg/ml of nicotine should be adapted
• With more than 20 cigarettes per day, you'll need the highest level, being 12mg/ml of nicotine

Of course, you need to take your perception into account. If you're hesitant between two levels, always take the highest. You can then lower the level bit by bit, until you don't need it anymore!

N.B: The Ragnarok Ultimate e-liquid is available in 0 mg/ml of nicotine, which means no nicotine. But don't forget: if you don't smoke, don't vape!
