The Hello Cloudy Blue Sky e-liquid for electronic cigarette is made in France. It's composed of propylene glycol and vegetal glycerin in a 50/50 PG/VG ratio. It permits a good compromise between throat hit, flavours and vapor on your e-cig material (except sub ohm).
