The Shiny concentrate is manufactured by Sun Factory in France. This DIY liquid is packaged in a 30ml PET bottle. It is made from food flavourings and propylene glycol and should be diluted from 75 drops per 10ml (i.e. 15%) of 50PG/50VG base to make an electronic cigarette e-liquid.

The bottle is fitted with a childproof dropper cap to facilitate your DIY preparations.

Please know that as the Flashy is a concentrate, it must be mixed with a PG/VG base to be used in your ecigarette. It cannot be vaped as it is.
