Vaporesso completes the Armour collection with the Octa kit, an electronic cigarette functioning with two 18650 batteries (not included), built around three focus points: power, sturdiness, and direct vaping.

This kit pairs the Armour Octa mod with the iTank T, a 6ml clearomizer made for a draw in direct inhalation (DL).

With power going from 5 to 220 watts and IP68 and IP69K certification, the Armour Octa is meant for vape beginners and experts looking for a lasting and high-performing e-cigarette.

A compact and sturdy kit

The Armour Octa kit features a compact design, even with dual 18650 battery operation.

Once the clearomizer is installed, it measures 146.3 x 30.8 x 55 mm and weighs around 244g (without batteries).

In fact, your mod is covered with a silicone coating designed to provide comfort for your hand and protect it in case of a drop.

• The Fire button
• The 0.96-inch TFT color screen
• The two "+" and "-" buttons for adjustment and navigation
• The USB-C port, protected by a silicone cap

On the side of the mod, you’ll find a switch that lets you quickly lock the mod and its buttons, a useful feature when traveling.

As for the iTank T clearomizer, it features a bulb Pyrex tank with a capacity of 6ml, an 810 drip tip, and an airflow system consisting of two wide openings.

Your Armour Octa has several certifications that make it both sturdy and durable:

• IP69K: splash resistance

The Axon 3.0 chipset and its five vaping modes

The Armour Octa mod features Vaporesso's Axon 3.0 chipset, which supports a power range from 5 to 220 watts.

Turning it on is very simple: just press the fire button five times in a row. To turn it off, repeat the same process!

The color TFT screen displays important information: battery life, the currently selected mode, power in watts, the value of the installed coil, and the number of puffs.

Don't like the default screen theme? You can change it from the menu.

As for the operating modes, choose from:

• BOOST Mode: You apply more power to the coil at the start of each puff
• PULSE Mode: The mod delivers a consistent puff at medium power
• ECO Mode: To preserve your battery life
• TC Mode (Ni / Ti / SS316): To control the temperature if you’re using a rebuildable atomizer (do not use with GTI coils)

A SMART function is also available, which automatically selects a power range suited to the coil detected by the device.

Before transporting your Armour Octa kit, be sure to lock it to prevent accidental activation.

To do this, Vaporesso has provided a slide switch on the side of the mod. Slide it to lock your kit with a single click.

A supply of dual 18650 batteries

The Armour Octa kit runs on two 18650 batteries (not included), which are inserted into the compartment accessible through a watertight hatch located beneath the kit.

The mod can also be charged via the USB-C port (cable included), at 5V/2.5A.

However, we recommend using an external charger to preserve the lifespan of your batteries.

Its iTank T clearomizer

The Armour Octa kit comes with the iTank T, a sub-ohm clearomizer designed for direct vaping.

It features a 6ml bulb tank, an 810-style drip tip, and a top airflow system that minimizes the risk of leaks.

In addition, the manufacturer, Vaporesso, includes a silicone vape band to protect the tank from accidental impacts. This means you’ll receive a complete kit that’s durable from top to bottom, from the mod to the clearomizer!

Compatible with the GTi coils

The iTank T clearomizer is compatible with the entire line of Vaporesso GTi coils, including both Mesh and Dual Mesh versions.

Your kit includes:

• 1 0.2ohm GTi Dual Mesh coil: for use between 60 and 75 W
• 1 0.4ohm GTi Dual Mesh coil: for use between 50 and 60 W

To install or replace the coil in your iTank T, follow these steps:

1. Remove the clearomizer from the mod
2. Unscrew the base of the iTank T
3. Remove the used coil by gently pulling on it
4. Soak the new coil with a few drops of e-liquid
5. Insert it into its compartment, then screw the base back on
6. Fill the tank and wait about ten minutes before use

Precisely adjustable top airflow

The iTank T's air inlets are located above the tank, helping to minimize the risk of leaks.

To adjust the airflow, rotate the clearomizer's airflow ring. Vapororesso has opted for a numbering system (0 to 4) marked on the ring to make it easier to identify the airflow setting.

In the "0" position, the airflow is closed, and your draw is restricted. Conversely, setting the ring to "4" increases the airflow and provides a more open draw.

A handy top-filling

The iTank T features a top-fill system.

To fill the 6ml tank:

1. Slide the top cap in the direction indicated by the red arrow to reveal the fill port
2. Insert the tip of your bottle into the port, which is covered by a silicone membrane
3. Gently pour in your e-liquid
4. Close the top cap by sliding it back in the opposite direction
5. If the coil is new, wait 10 to 15 minutes before vaping
