The Revolto S kit: power and big clouds are waiting for you

With its Revolto S kit, Aspire is specifically targeting enthusiasts of very airy vaping in direct inhalation (DL).

This e-cigarette consists of the Revolto S mod and the H2 sub-ohm clearomizer, which is compatible with BP-F coils.

Its 0.96" TFT screen gives you access to a wide range of settings, including power output adjustable from 5 to 220W.

The Revolto S mod is powered by two 18650 batteries (not included), providing you with extended vaping battery life.

The H2 clearomizer's domed Pyrex tank has a 7ml e-liquid capacity and features a convenient top-fill system.

For this S version of the Revolto kit, Aspire has opted for a sleek look featuring Japanese-inspired illustrations.

In terms of design, this e-cigarette measures 141x54x27mm and weighs 220g (without the battery).

The Revolto S mod features two magnetic panels, one of which covers the dual 18650 battery compartment.

Its main front panel features, from top to bottom:

• 1 Power button
• 2 Adjustment buttons
• 1 0.96" TFT screen
• 1 ON/OFF switch
• 1 USB-C port

A customizable function

Aspire equips its Revolto S kit with the high-performance ASP 5 chipset, giving you access to a wide range of settings.

Use the 0.96" TFT screen and the '+' and '-' buttons to select the mode that suits you best from the following:

• WATT Mode: manual power adjustment up to 220W
• VOLT Mode: voltage adjustment from 0.5 to 9V
• BYPASS Mode: in this unregulated mode, the power output is determined by the coil value and the charge level of your batteries
• TEMP (TC) Mode: temperature adjustment based on the type of resistive wire used (Ni, Ti, SS)
• CPS Mode: configuration of a power curve for each puff

The Revolto S kit features a slide switch that lets you turn the kit on and off quickly and easily.

Note that other locking modes are available:

• Press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons to lock the power setting
• Click the Power button three times in a row to lock the kit's buttons

A battery life with dual 18650 batteries

The Revolto S kit is designed for vapers looking for extended vaping sessions.

This e-cigarette is powered by two 18650 batteries (not included).

The battery compartment is located under one of the magnetic panels on the Revolto S mod.

Be sure to observe the correct polarity when inserting the batteries into their compartment.

Are your batteries out of charge?

Use the USB-C cable included in the box and plug it into the port located just below the ON/OFF button.

However, we recommend using an external charger for your batteries whenever possible, particularly to preserve their lifespan.

A sub-ohm-focused clearomizer

To complement the Revolto S mod, Aspire is featuring the high-performance H2 clearomizer.

Designed for a very airy draw in indirect inhalation (DL), this clearomizer is specifically engineered to accommodate the manufacturer’s BP-F coils.

Note that this clearomizer is also compatible with BP coils, ranging from 0.15 to 0.3 ohms only.

Its 7ml bulb tank can be replaced with the 6ml straight Pyrex tank included in the box.

Coils made for an airy vape

The Revolto S kit comes with two BP-F coils from Aspire.

Choose the one that suits you best based on the type of vapor production you’re looking for from the following:

• 0.3ohm BP-F Meshed Coil (pre-installed): use between 30 and 40W for an airy vapor experience
• 0.17ohm BP-F Meshed Coil: use between 45 and 55W for a very airy vape

After two to three weeks of use, your coil will show signs of wear (loss of flavor, slight burnt taste).

It will then be time to replace it with a new one.

To do this:

1. Remove the H2 clearomizer from the Revolto S mod
2. Unscrew the bottom section of the clearomizer
3. Pull on the used coil to remove it from its housing
4. Soak a new coil with a few drops of e-liquid
5. Then insert it into its housing in place of the old one
6. Screw the bottom section of the clearomizer back on
7. Fill the tank with e-liquid
8. Wait a few minutes before vaping to allow the coil to prime properly with e-liquid

An effective top airflow

As for airflow, the clearomizer is equipped with an airflow ring located at the top, which prevents e-liquid leaks.

Rotate this ring to open or close the two large air intake vents as desired.

You can then quickly and easily switch between a semi-airy draw and a very airy vape.

A top-fill clearomizer

When it comes to refilling, the Revolto S kit features a top-fill system.

This means you don't need to remove the H2 clearomizer from the mod to refill your tank with e-liquid.

To do so:

1. Push the top cap down to the mark
2. Insert the narrow tip of your e-liquid bottle into the fill port
3. Gently pour your e-liquid until the tank is three-quarters full
4. Close the top cap by pushing it back in the opposite direction

Is your coil new? Wait 5 to 10 minutes before vaping to allow the coil to soak up the e-liquid properly
