Indeed, the XC100 mod, a 100W electronic mod powered with a 18650 or 21700 battery (sold separately), is associated with the Melo X clearomizer thanks to a standard 510 pin.

Rechargeable in USB-C via its port, the mod also has a switch button enabling switching between different modes, and a safe switch to avoid any involuntary triggers during transport.

With its 5ml capacity, the Melo X tank can match all EC coils (EC-D, EC Mesh, EC-A, and EC-2) made by Eleaf.

With its compact format, in zinc alloy, the iStick XC100 kit presents an easy-to-use ergonomic structure with dimensions of 149.6x39.3x29.2mm.

On the side, you'll find:

• A multifunction switch (Fire button and setting wheel)
• A 1.05" TFT color screen
• A sliding locking switch with two positions
• A USB-C port (5V/2A)

A simple and intuitive functioning

Once you've made your battery, you only have to push 5 times on the Fire button to turn it on or off your kit.

In its iStick XC100 kit, Eleaf includes the Avatar 2.0 chipset, known for its reliability and reactivity! The latter enables the choice between two functioning modes:

• Power mode: manually adjust the power according to the value of the coil installed in the Melo X clearomizer, from 5 to 100W
• RTA mode: manually set the tension in volts. To only use with a rebuildable atomizer of your choice

To browse between the modes, make 3 quick presses on the Fire button. You can select the mode that suits you via the TFT color screen of 1.05", thanks to the setting wheel.

Please note that the iStick XC100 mod also enables customization of the themes on the screen (up to 4 choices possible).

To keep it safe while traveling, a locking switch is also present on the front side, just above the USB-C port, offering two options: to entirely block the mod or only the wheel. This handy option avoids any accidental triggers in your pocket or bag.

A power supply in a 18650 or 21700 single battery

The iStick XC100 kit works thanks to a battery in a 18650 or 21700 format (not included).

The battery of your choice is inserted in the dedicated compartment, located below the mod via a screwed trapdoor.

Important: if you choose a 18650 battery, use the adaptor included to guarantee a good adjustment in the compartment.

Regarding the recharge, the XC100 mod includes a USB-C port (5V/2A) for a quick and efficient charge.

Placed on the main side, this port is used with the USB-C cable included: you only have to connect it to your computer or an adaptor to recharge it. The level of charge is displayed on the color screen of your mod.

Please note: to extend the lifespan of your batteries, we recommend recharging them thanks to an external charger rather than via the USB-C port.

The Melo X clearomizer

To complement the 100W power of the XC100 mod, Eleaf relies on the Melo X clearomizer, a versatile tank that allows for a draw in either direct inhaling (DL) or more restrictive (RDL or MTL).

Equipped with a 5ml bulb Pyrex and a 510 drip tip, this clearomizer stands out for its capacity to offer different vaping styles thanks to its compatibility with the EC coils (EC-D, EC-A, EC-Mesh, and EC2).

Two EC-D Mesh coils included

Your kit includes two EC-D coils in mesh, made to optimize flavors and vapor production:

• 1 0.5ohm EC-D Mesh coil (pre-installed): recommended between 15 and 25W
• 1 0.3ohm EC-D Mesh coil: to use between 30 and 45W

If, after two to three weeks of daily use, the coil will start to show some signs of wear: loss of flavors and the appearance of a light, disagreeable aftertaste.

It's time to change it.

To do this, you have to:

1. Take the clearomizer off the XC100 mod
2. Unscrew the bottom of the Melo X
3. Gently take the used coil out
4. Prime the new coil by putting some e-liquid drops on the cotton
5. Put this coil in the dedicated area
6. Screw the bottom part back

Warning: You can wait for at least ten minutes before vaping it so the coil is correctly primed.

An adjustable top airflow

The Melo X includes a rotary airflow ring positioned on the top part of the clearomizer, offering precise control of the draw.

Pivot this airflow ring to free more or less the holes: the more air you let it, the airier the vape!

A handy top filling

The top filling system of Melo X greatly simplifies your e-liquid refills: no need to take the mod off when you fill it.

For this, you have to:

1. Push the top cap at the mark to unscrew it
2. Put the bottle tip into the hole
3. Fill the tank
4. Close the top cap by pressing it

With a new coil, let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before vaping it.
