Awarded at Vapexpo Paris 2025, the Zelos M80 mod comes with the Nautilus 3SR clearomizer, offering a versatile and easy-to-use kit.

Equipped with a 2,600mAh built-in battery, the Zelos M80 kit has different operating modes, including manual power adjustment.

Connected to the mod via its standard 510 pin, the clearomizer is specially designed to accommodate Aspire's BVC coils. These will give you a fairly tight draw with indirect inhaling (MTL), or a slightly airier draw with restrictive direct inhaling (RDL).

The Nautilus 3SR also has the advantage of a top-fill system, which is very handy when it comes to charging it with e-liquid!

One of the many advantages of the Zelos M80 kit is undoubtedly its sleek design, combined with a compact and ergonomic format.

The Zelos M80 mod, combined with the Nautilus 3SR clearomizer, forms a compact unit measuring 122.4x35.9x25mm and weighing 190g.

Made from a zinc and aluminum alloy, the kit features a sleek finish and is comfortable to hold.

A versatile functioning

The different operating modes of your Zelos kit are easily accessible via the 0.96'' TFT screen and the adjustment buttons:

• WATT mode: manual power adjustment from 5 to 80W
• VOLTAGE mode: voltage adjustment from 0.5 to 8.4V
• BYPASS mode: for a sensation similar to a mechanical mod while benefiting from electronic safety features
• TC mode: temperature setting from 100 to 315°C (to be used only with a rebuildable atomizer)

A 2,600mAh built-in battery

With its Zelos M80 kit, Aspire chose a 2,600mAh built-in battery.

You'll be informed in real time of its charging level through the TFT screen of the mod.

When the time comes, get a USB-C cable included and connect it to the dedicated port, located under the setting buttons.

The Nautilus 3SR clearomizer

For its Zelos M80 kit, Aspire has opted for a versatile and meticulously crafted clearomizer: the Nautilus 3SR.

Its straight Pyrex with a 4ml e-liquid capacity is covered with a protective metal cap that is as effective as it is aesthetic.

Compatible with the manufacturer's range of BVC coils, this clearomizer is particularly suited to a tight MTL vape (indirect inhaling), or even a less restricted RDL draw (restrictive direct inhale).

Note that its short 510 drip tip can be changed for the longer one included in the box!

The BVC coils

Renowned for their taste performance, two BVC coils are included with your Zelos M80 kit.

Depending on the type of draw you prefer, you can choose between:

• 1 1.8ohm BVC coil: for use between 10 and 14 watts, for a very tight vape with indirect inhaling (MTL)
• 1 0.3ohm BVC coil (pre-installed): to be used between 23 and 28 watts, for a more airy draw with restrictive direct inhale (RDL)

After two to three weeks of use, your coil will show signs of wear, such as a loss of taste or a slight burnt taste. It will then be time to change it for a new one.

To do this:

1. Unscrew the bottom part of the Nautilus 3SR clearomizer
2. Remove the worn-out coil
3. Soak a new coil with a few drops of e-liquid
4. Then insert it into its housing in place of the old one
5. Screw the base of the clearomizer back on
6. Fill the tank with e-liquid
7. Wait a few minutes before vaping to allow the coil to soak up the e-liquid properly

Adjustable air intakes

Depending on the type of draw you want, you can also adjust the airflow beneath the coil.

To do this, simply rotate the airflow ring beneath the clearomizer to open the airflow hole to the desired setting.

The more air you let in, the airier your vape will be!

An easy and clean filling

The Zelos M80 kit features a top-fill system, meaning that it is filled from the top of the clearomizer.

Follow the steps below to quickly and easily charge the 4ml tank:

1. Push the top cap to the mark (red arrow)
2. Insert the dropper into the filling hole
3. Gently pour in your e-liquid
4. Close the top cap by pushing it in the opposite direction
