Here is some advice for a successful mix:

1. Take an empty PET bottle
2. Pour your Mango Papaya concentrate into the bottle: 15% for 50PG/50VG, equating to 75 drops per 10ml of base
3. Add base liquid, neutral or with nicotine
4. Close the bottle and shake it for a few seconds
5. Let the mix steep in a dry place, away from light, for 2-3 days before pouring it into the tank of your e-cigarette
