Simply follow these few steps:

1. Take an empty PET bottle
2. Dose the Dragon Lychee concentrate up to 15% for 50PG/50VG or 75 drops per 10ml of base
3. Top up the bottle with base liquid (neutral or with nicotine)
4. Close the bottle and shake it
5. Let the mix steep in a dry place away from light for 2-3 days
